The simplest way to reach us is plain email. Write to hello@memorygames.app from any mail app. For privacy-related requests (see our privacy policy), include the phrase "privacy request" in the subject line so it is routed with priority.

This form composes an email in your own mail app — nothing is sent from this page, and no message or address is stored anywhere on our side. It works even if you have no mail server configured; you will simply see the prepared message to copy.

Bug reports are the most valuable messages we receive — include the game name, your browser and what you expected versus what happened, and we can usually fix it quickly. Factual corrections to our articles or guides are equally welcome; citing a source gets priority. For feature ideas, tell us the problem you are trying to solve rather than the button you want moved — it leads to better answers.

We do not offer personalized cognitive assessment or medical advice, and we cannot help with account issues because accounts do not exist — but questions about how a score is calculated or what a technique is good for are exactly our kind of mail.
